Alfa Laval ThinkTop V50
The Alfa Laval V50 is the renewed version of the existing ThinkTop. The V50 type can be used for:
- Butterfly valves
- Ball valves
- Single seat valves
- Diaphragm valves
It allows you to control your complete process and monitor all the movements with the PLC.
Through the new 360 degrees LED indication, the position of the valve can be inspected visually. Besides the robust and compact design it is featured with a plug and play setup. This function will recognize the type of valve just in 2 “Clicks”. This easy installing feature saves you up to 90% installation time.
Alfa Laval ThinkTop V70
The Alfa Laval control unit V70 is especially designed for the Unique Mixproof double seat valves.
Both the V50 and V70 are designed with 360 degrees LED indication and “plug and play” functions. Besides the standard setups for open / closed indications, it is designed with 2 extra indications for upper -and lower seat-lift functions. The yellow light will indicate the process of the upper seat-lift and the blue lights indicate the lower seat-lift function.
In addition to the standard functions there is an extra “Burst Clean” function. This function allows you to clean the chambers in a short time. This will save CIP liquid as well as a lot of time during the cleaning process.
Both control units are available as Digital, AS-I Bus or IO-Link system options.
