Alfa Laval 's Single Seat Valve Unique SSVA (Aseptic) meets the highest demands of your process in terms of hygiene and safety. The valve is an air suspension valve with an hygienic and modular design for a wide area of the rights, for example, as a valve with two (2) or three (3) ports, or a change-over valve with three (3) to five (5) gates. The valve is controlled by means of compressed air. It has few and simple moveable parts which one it is a very reliable and low-maintenance valve. The SSVA distinguished by a sterile packing gland which is secured by a special PTFE diaphragm. The SSVA comes just as the other SSV series in a one or two body configuration. Alfa Laval's single seat valve SSVA is available in sizes DN25 - DN100 and DN/OD 25mm to 101.6mm. Alfa Laval provides 5 year warranty at the actuator . It can be used as:
- Manual valve
- “Two step” for dosage
- Tangential valve
- Tankoutlet valve
And can be supplied with an EHEDG certificate.
